KittySupps is a fraud
KittySupps is a fraud! Do not order from them or use their products if you have them. I placed an order for Taurine from them about 6 weeks ago. Two weeks after that another jar arrived in the mail. I contacted KittySupps for help returning the product that I did not order. The extremely nice customer service person seemed to be trying to help me with a return label but after about a full day of emailing back and forth, excuse after excuse the label never came. Then she said she would just give me a refund and I did not need to send the product back but after two weeks that has not come either. It took me a while but finally I realized the very kind customer service person was just playing with me. I have had to cancel my credit card so they don't keep charging my card. I see here on Trustpilot KittySupps has a good rating but check the BBB and other sites! KittySups has mostly very bad reviews!
