If you also never receive a phone that you paid for,... Expect to never hear from Gazelle, as they clearly make more money if your transaction doesn't include providing you with a phone, then if you have nothing but free time to contact their customer service, plan to be on hold for what will seem like forever, then revel in the experience of sharing a language barrier with the live rep, followed by the call being being dropped by customer service if you ask for a supervisor. Rinse and repeat until frustration takes hold and insanity sets in. In the Seinfeld Universe, this would be "They know how to take an order, they just don't know how to fulfill an order."
