Poor packaging and Customer service
Lady Dior (structured bag) forced to fit in a smaller dust bag..came in a bit deformed..contacted customer service right away with photos for proof and was told they can’t do anything about it..you work hard to pay thousands for a dream bag and that’s how they handle the situation..very poor customer service..
