Leaking cold pod pro lid
I now have the cold pod pro with chiller, the collapsible sauna and two of the full body red light pads. My wife and I use each of them nearly every day. I did have to use their Support Servicesfor a leaking lid to my cold pod… a small leak at one of the seams. I assumed they would send glue and a patch, but they followed through with a new lid. I feel better by using the Nuvio products and will continue to use their equipment and Support if necessary.
