Great customer service! One of the mesh light pendant light was damaged in transport. I reached out to Vakkerlight and Carmen worked with her team to to ship a replacement on an expedited basis to ensure I can replace it before we close our home. Carmen worked diligently every step and had it shipoed out within a few days.
