Well… the bed worked great for the first 10 days or so. Then the company cut off access to the functionality of the bed (no programming a nighttime routine or getting morning feedback) unless you sign up for a $199 per year ‘subscription’. For a bed this expensive, this is such a nickel-and-dime move and feels VERY deceptive. Just include the first year in the cost of the bed.
