Update: finally got a mail back stating they’re very sorry for the process and that I will get refunded. I ordered sunglasses about 1,5 month ago for a price of 218€. They still haven’t been shipped so I asked for my money back multiple times and they respond sometimes that they will process it and pass it on with urgency but nothing happens after that. It’s really a shame that they scam people like this. I really thought I was getting a nice product. Instead I just lost a lot of money!!
