Horrible for VPS, but good customer support
Man, the support is great most of the time (if you happen to get one of the good support agents). I'll give them that. But their VPS hosting is atrocious. If you are not paying for a dedicated instance you get a VPS server from one of their overcrowded tiny server nodes with like a billion machines. You get noisy neighbor issues constantly. Your instance might start working okay the first day you bought it, but give it a month and you can't even run an apt install. We've been database mart's customers for over 7 - 8 years now and this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME! So never buy a VPS server from these guys. Their dedicated solutions, however, are great! especially paired with their good customer support.
