Tickets get closed instantly with no human contact
Good distributor until they reject your song. Even after providing them video proof and a legal rights document they instantly close the ticket with an auto generated message. I have opened 7 tickets which all got closed by saying "Unfortunately, we are unable to validate that you control the rights to release this content based on the evidence you provided". I'm stuck like this for almost 3 months with no progress. I uploaded every possible proof I have but always get a bot message to deny me. Even after asking what documents they require, they just close the ticket with an auto generated message saying i should look into their docs. Very unhelpful and frustrating.
