Willa was genuinely such a wonderful person to work with, and I honestly don’t think I could have asked for a better experience. This gift meant so much to me from the very beginning because it was made for someone who is incredibly important in my life, so I put a lot of thought, care and love into every little detail. Seeing the finished piece in person honestly made me emotional because it turned out even better than I imagined. The quality is beautiful, the engraving is perfect, and you can tell that so much care went into making it. It didn’t feel like something that was just quickly made and sent off — it felt personal, thoughtful and special, which meant a lot to me because that’s exactly what I wanted this gift to represent. Willa was also so kind, patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Every interaction felt warm and genuine, and I really appreciated how much effort she put into making sure everything came together properly.
