I would rate Angi ZERO STARS if I could! I ordered a chandelier from wayfair and added installation via Angi. They were a nightmare! I had to call and let them know I have a tall ceiling and the installer needs to bring a taller ladder 15 ft. Two different people came out and each had a 10 foot ladder. They kept giving me the run around and I kept taking time off from work so that it could be installed for NOTHING! Long story short, I returned the fixture to wayfair for a refund, and lost money in the process! AND THE RIDICULOUS PART IS THEY CHARGED $250 for installation. Do not use ANGI! Very unprofessional. Wayfair find a new company because you lost money and a customer!
