Hexclad claim process. Unfortunately the coating on one of our pans was chipping off. I thought it would be a pain to reach out to a claim on the warranty--I have had experiences (like every one) of companies not taking accountability. But it was so easy. Within 24 hours I got a tracking number of a new replacement pan being shipped. I just finished texting my wife of how awesome and responsive the representatives were.
