The order process and subsequent follow-up actions were disappointing. Ordered 1 item and ended up with 3 and a coaching subscription. Contacted EMSense within minutes and was told the order had been shipped and there was nothing they could do. Really? Shipped in minutes? I was not happy. I don't know how many e-mails went back and forth and from different reps. Finally said I was going to return everything when it arrived. During the return process, I was offered up to 30% refund if I kept everything I ordered. Wasn't interested. The return cost me $25.47 because they don't pay return shipping costs even though they messed up on the order. Not a happy camper. Returned my shipment unopened 10 days ago but my carrier can't seem to find their address now. Read other posts and it seems like this is a known problem and refunds are never processed. Shame on EMSense. Their integrity and honesty is severely lacking.
