I started Fridays with high hopes
I started Fridays with high hopes. Though they started me on a very low dose, they upped it after 2 weeks. At my 2 month mark they said they would up the doseage as I did not lose any weight for the last 2 weeks. I was quite happy. I did receive my package however it only contained needles and alcohol swabs. No medication. I messaged the team asap and they responded they would take care of this immediately... That was 2 weeks ago. No medication, multiple messages that say we are working on this, multiple messages that say we will escalate this (clearly they have not) multiple phone calls and still no medication. I have of course paid for 3 months and only received 2 and I they are telling me they can't refund me only replace the medication...ok but you haven't. I have been without my tirzepatide for a week and am due tomorrow for my next dose. I am beyond frustrated. Kelly
