Liars about refunding your money!
Save yourself a headache and don't waste your money! You will never see your refund. It's been a long time since I've been trying to get mine. It's always empty promises from Sophia (at online complaints) or Mike (at emails), saying, "Refund has already been requested and is currently being processed. Please rest assured that refunds can take up to 10 business days to be fully completed". Weeks go by and NOTHING! Extremely frustrating!
