Tech support was knowledgeable. Although they should know how much inventory is in stock before telling the customer it was in stock and parts will be shipped out the same day. My part was backordered and took 4 days for you to get in stock before shipping.but your sales rep on the phone was very polite and admitted fault with out any bull shit. So you got 5 starts for honesty!!
