Poor communication and confusing order fulfillment
Update: customer service finally reached out and refunded my amount but still sending my package which is a good gesture. So changing my rating to 3 stars. Not sure if I will try again as already purchased a different brand that I like. I purchased protein powder and Creatine with free samples and the mix bottle but I only received the bottle. Have been trying yo get hold of the customer service but no luck. This is scam and avoid. i have already started dispute with my credit card company so hopefully will get my money back. They promised delivery in 5-7 days but it has been more than 15 days and no product just a cheap plastic bottle for $100.
