I ordered safety glasses in March of 2026 and the frames were no longer available. I followed up because I did not hear back from anyone or informing me and I find out again the second pair was not available either. Then I placed another order - for the third time and finally I am getting my safety glasses after 6 months. The last person I spoke to was helpful and responsive. The processing and communication needs to be better!
