I followed up because I did not hear back from anyone or informing me and I find out again the second pair was not available either. Then I placed another order - for the third time and finally I am getting my safety glasses after 6 months. The last person I spoke to was helpful and responsive. The processing and communication needs to be better!

It’s been three weeks. I called after two weeks on the customer service line and left a message and nobody’s ever returned my call. I still haven’t received my glasses. Now they apologize and say it been only 11 days. Apparently they don’t use a seven day work week. I purchased on a Saturday and it’s still three weeks without weekends. By time j get them it will be 4 weeks!

They just seemed like good quality glasses… It took a minute to get them, but that was within the timeframe expected… Overall, very happy they arrived in good shape! I’m about to go use them at work!! a lot better than wearing prescription glasses and a huge bulky safety glasses over that! Very happy

1. Terrible choices of frames! 2. Unable to feel or wear the frames before selection! 3. The System changes the benefit amount based on what is selected; REDICULOUS! 4. These will be worn minimum 8 hours a day; only the basic frame is covered; I am unable to upgrade for wearability only if I'm willing to pay out of pocket! REDICULOUS! 5. I would rather purchase on my own from a brick and mortar business and get something that I want to wear. I was forced to purchase here, but there will not be a 2nd time.
