I hate that it is hard to get help on the phone. I emailed regarding my order and I never got a reply. I received my safety googles .I opened the box and the rubber trim around the frame had come off . The safety googles are good and I like them .

The process was great, our safety person helped me order my glasses. I have yet to receive my glasses through the mail, so not sure if it's a company issue or the postal issue.
