Frames are very solid and look just like they did on the website. The prescription is pretty good, just not quite as sharp as some others I have had. They work well in sunshine. I was disappointed that there weren't any cleaning cloths or cleaning materials for the glasses included. Every other glass manufacturer has provided both cleaning materials and cleaning cloths. I was particularly surprised since they are Versace. These took a bit longer to process and send then other manufacturers I've used but they were mailed very well.

Easy and Accurate
Fast, efficient, and accurate! The ability to try on the glasses online was easy and helpful.
This is my second transaction with Glasses.com. They have a wide selection of frames. It was easy to apply insurance benefits. Shipping was faster than anticipated.
Customers are in the dark during the return process
I will never use this company again. The only bad part of this process was returning my frames. I only ordered the frames, I did not order any special prescription lenses. It was a quick and simple process to request a return, but it takes up to 30 days or longer to get your money back from your return. After the first 2 weeks (in business days, over 3 weeks) of the return process, I still had not received any response about how my return process was going? I had to reach out to customer support again. Customers are completely in the dark when it comes to returns.
I was unable to complete my purchase using the glasses.com website due to the website having technical issues. I called the customer service number, and the representative entered my prescription for me and ordered my eyewear. The order arrived early and I couldn't be more pleased! Great Service and the glasses fit perfectly and are exactly as I requested! Fast, Friendly Service! Highly Recommend!
Glass were made perfectly and shipped very fast. The darkening of the transition isn’t as dark as I’d like. Price was great compacted to our local eye glass retail store.
