Glasses.com made it very easy and convenient for me to order a new pair of glasses and to give pricing which included my vision insurance. It was also easy to virtually try on the glasses. The delivery was quick and in addition, my FSA was able to reimburse any costs from this purchase.

Glasses are nice but they arrived crooked. The glasses case was partly open with the glasses partly out rattling around inside a larger box. Disappointed that they are crooked.

I paid for expedited shipping and it came even earlier than we expected. The package was delivered respectfully and in a timely manner. The glasses we ordered came in perfect condition as if we picked them up in store but without the hassle of having to actually go in person. Overall a fairly good experience in my opinion!
