Overall, this has been a fantastic experience. I received the device while I was on vacation so I’m just now getting to use it. First, and most importantly, the device fit perfectly. It has helped to restore my confidence when speaking to other people. I’m no longer having to put my hand in front of my face when I am talking to someone. My dealings with customer service were all 5-star. The only issue I ran into was making the impressions. I had to make them 3 times but finally got it. Make sure you follow the time recommendations that they give you. I highly recommend ResetSmile and would like to thank them personally for giving me back my confidence !

Very thankful for this opportunity. It took like 8 weeks from start to finish. It looks great though!
I bought a device in January and I loved it so I ordered a different device for a different missing tooth in March and they messed it up and sent me the same Tooth again. Now it has been five months and I do not have my second tooth still.

Never received. After receiving an email saying my impression was accepted I received a request for 3 more impressions. Send in those three and it was the same thing all over again. So they had 5 impressions in total and still couldn’t make the replacement teeth.

Don't do it!!! don't do it !!!!!don't do it!!!!!!Don't fall for it. It's a scam. I paid about $500 to get a mold kit but no actual product. I've been waiting and waiting !!! This is a scam! I've called the phone lines but the line just hangs up on you. They prey on the vulnerable. Please don't get scammed like i did.
