Came on cracked and they don’t fit right at all
I cried
It took a few weeks to finally get it and Oh My! I read the instructions and put it in. I started crying! It's been such a long time that I could smile because of embarrassment with not having a front tooth. It was so worth the wait. When it didn't come for 4 weeks I had to call customer service. She explained everything to me regarding my order. She was absolutely outstanding. Thank you Reset Smile for giving me my smile back. Sincerely, Marie K

Loved them even though they're a bit…
Loved them even though they're a bit tight. I give it a 4 stars because it took too long and I couldn't contact anyone in my many attempts to reach customer service.
The looks really nice but the tooth is…
The looks really nice but the tooth is a little smaller than my other side and it has made my gums bleed a bit. Can’t wear it everyday
The partial doesn't fit
The partial doesn't fit. I've sent in impressions 3 times. The 2nd try was worse than the first. The 3rd time they are not responding. I sent the 3td impression in 6 weeks ago. No correspondence. I spent $660 and got zero satisfaction
I received my device today
I received my device today , am so pleased and they look very natural, The right side is a little tight but in time it should be ok once I continue to wear the partial. Thank again it’s well worth the time and money spend

Great customer service
The initial device wasn't quite the correct color to match my mouth, but ResetSmile immediately got to work on making a better matching piece for me. It's worth the wait; they do very fine job crafting of these prosthetics. This is my second time buying from Reset, and the original device is still good even at 3 years old. My mouth has changed shape drastically due to health issues, but the device itself was still in perfect shape. You can eat and drink with them in, within reason. I haven't had any issues yet. Love this brand.

Very easy transaction all together from start to finish. Very clear instructions were given from impressions to shipping. Customer service is there anytime you have a question during the process.

👍🏼I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Reset Smile. Everyone was so helpful from the very beginning. When I needed a new impression kit, they sent one out right away. Then I realized I had accidentally messed up my order, and they fixed it for me free of charge with no hassle. The whole process took about 6 months, but honestly that’s no different than going through a dentist for a partial or dentures. That even included me having to redo my impressions. The quality of my partial is amazing. It does take a little time to get used to, but I think that’s true with anything like this. The best part was the price. My dentist quoted me around $4,000 for the partial I needed, and I paid just over $500 with Reset Smile. It was worth every penny, and I would definitely recommend them.
