I received my device today
I received my device today. It looks really nice and did give me something to look forward too. But the device is too tight. I’ve reached out to customer service and no reply as of yet. Hopefully someone would reach back out and I can get the replacement product going. Fingers crossed. Overall!! The device is nice!!!!

They were great at making sure I was satisfied with my partial. After 2 that didn't fit quite right they sent me a smaller custom mold kit and the device I received from that kit fit perfectly. Only complaint I have is the time it takes for them to reply to messages. I feel it delays the process more than it should. I do love my new smile though!!

I had a piece come apart
I had a piece come apart. I called customer service and explained my situation. Customer Service was very helpful in asking questions and taking the necessary steps to send me a replacement tooth. I appreciate the customer support and getting a new "tooth"
