I’ve ordered from them twice… only issue I’ve had is them being a little too tight or rubbing my gums. But when I call an address what issue I’m having they’ve always fixed the issue an redid it an shipped another right out.

The process was pretty quick, but most importantly, when my first device did not fit correctly I was able to get a hold of someone and they were able to do a replacement device. No questions asked.

Really like my device
Really like my device. Fits really well. My only issue is they advertise that you can eat with it. That was not my experience. It felt like it was going to fall out and also would break if I continued eating with it in.
Overall satisfied
The appliance is great! BUT missing a tooth where it should be and they refuse to fix it. It’s a back tooth but that doesn’t matter. I’d like a full smile :/. Also took twice as long to receive than promised.

Absolute scam!! You can never get a hold of anyone and I still haven’t recieved my partial?! Paid $600 and now I can’t get a hold of anyone. As every other review states - there is never a human you can talk to. Still waiting on a refund four months later. Do not use this service.

I am trying to get a refund
I am trying to get a refund. It took a month to get my partials after it was approved by a dentist three weeks after they got my impressions. They do not fit and cause great pain in a spot on my gums that it is digging into. Spoke to someone to fix it, didn't fix it and now I cannot get ahold of anyone.
I want my money back.

It was too small for my mouth and at that point I called it quits ! I’ve sent numerous emails asking for a refund and have heard nothing ! I’ve called left messages and have heard nothing ! I’m not happy with this company !! They are either ignoring me or I don’t know what ! ? I would not recommend !!!

The process was so easy. I got my device its been a little difficult putting it in and taking it out I just have to get use to it but once it’s in it’s great . I would say the only down side is the customer service. It’s really hard to talk to anyone. Communication was mostly through email and took a a while to get any response.
