I did not have an active prescription available at the time of the fitting and the representative, while annoyed with me on this, did a great job of doing an exam and fitting, and getting the glasses ordered. They turned out great!

I did get correct eyeware after making contact with a knowledgeable customer service person.
I did get correct eyeware after having some issues with understanding what was deliverd. My original call to Eyelation Customer Service did cause an issue in my understanding as to what frames were allowed on my work site. A big Thank You to Jackie J at eyelation for helping me understand the confusing work site information. Jackie took the time to help me get the correct product. Thank you Jackie. Xcel Energy could provide more detailed work site information to provide clarity about the Eyelation program.
