I don’t know if there’s an actual live person or not. I’ve sent five emails to them asking for help to track my DNA kit. I’ve received not one response. I’ve went onto their AI chat no help I’ve sent emails to both emails on their website no response. I understand today that customer service is lacking, but this is the worst I’ve ever experienced and as you know, there’s a lot of out there that are bad at not picking up the phone and talking to people anymore.
