I reached out about an issue with the litterbox
I reached out about an issue with the litter box I purchased a few months ago, and Andrea was absolutely wonderful. She responded very quickly, was incredibly friendly and helpful, and arranged a full replacement without any hassle. It's rare to find customer service this responsive and caring. I truly appreciate how smoothly everything was handled. Highly recommend both their products and their customer service. Thank you, Andrea!"
