Very difficult to get a standard refund
Standard purchase, absurd refund experience. Never had any experience of this with any purchases, wanted to return incompatible item, unused: 1. Offered 10% off and "strongly advised" to keep 2. Get approval from them to return 3. Fill in archaic style form about returning 4. Then get asked to unseal item to take photos 5. Send photos via email 6. send form after printing 7. Send item recorded, even though they have the item they then lie and say "when we receive item will refund" S 8. email constantly with bizarre emails not making the most sense. Just an awful company with a copy and paste response "delaying" tactic who have to question why they want to run a business like this. 2 weeks later still no refund.
