Reasonable price, with total control.
Having everything in one place with a reasonable price unlike things like TeamViewer, which work well but are really expensive. I love how the more users we add the bigger of a discount we get. Being able to customize which users have access to which stations. The ability for me to remote in simultaneously with someone else so I can help them.
