I appreciate the fast service,but it was a little hard trying to buy the print. I was trying to pay for it directly and couldn't figure out i had to use a third party. After receiving my printer, I went on to get the pdf quick setup but the pdf wouldn't open, so I went to YouTube to get help. Please don't take this wrong but I wish you listed web sites to help navigate how download and slice, it took 3 days just slice and print. If you have instructions on have how use your software I would appreciate it. Overall your printer and q box work great with no issues. All the reviews I have watched they all have said that this one was the best.
