I would be very cautious
I would be cautious ordering from BeautyHouse. A UPS label was created for my order, but UPS never showed that it actually received the package. After several days with no movement, I contacted BeautyHouse and received no response. Only after following up again did they respond and issue a full refund. BeautyHouse said the package “was not properly scanned and may have been lost in transit due to an issue with UPS.” However, the tracking never showed that UPS received it in the first place. More concerningly, I found multiple recent Trustpilot reviews describing a very similar pattern: a label is created, the package never enters the carrier network, communication is poor, and a refund is eventually issued with a similar explanation. I appreciate receiving a full refund, but the experience and apparent pattern are concerning enough that I would not order from BeautyHouse again.
