Great Product, Company, but even better CS Employees
I had a great experience with HexClad’s customer service team when I submitted a warranty claim for a pan that was no longer working properly. The process was incredibly easy. I simply provided photos and videos of the pan, and Jan from customer service helped me right away. Jan was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. We exchanged just 5 emails back and forth, and my replacement was completely taken care of within an hour! I really appreciate how quick, straightforward, and hassle-free the entire warranty process was. Big thank you to Jan for the excellent customer service.
