Ordered Tirzepatide for weight loss through this company on the AFFIRM website to pay for it. Seemed pretty simple but NEVER received the order. I tried repeatedly through their Trimrx.com website to request re-delivery with a signature required - after all this is prescription medication. I receive other medications by mail order and they all require a signature to complete the delivery. TrimRx customer service is inadequate and non-responsive - they claim the package was delivered. I have found another vendor to order the product from and never have a problem with the delivery. Recommend consumers think twice before ordering any product from this organization.
