Use if you need assistance only
This is a third party site that charges for their services. If you need assistance with the process, there is a benefit for using them. If you are doing just a simple application you are better to use the official government site for free. I was not aware of what the charge was for and did not need their services for my application so they offered a refund, which is honorable.
