Terrible Customer Service, Overpriced, but Good Recipes
Overall, this is not worth full price to me — $170 for a week. It was worth $100 a week but I reached out with some issues to customer support and they didn’t seem to care AT ALL. Zero engagement, ignored 2/3 of my concerns, and just sent links to help pages instead of actually having a conversation with me. If I’m paying top dollar for a luxury service, I expect great customer service and this was very subpar. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I like the options we had and the app’s UI, the ease of recipes was a perk, packaging was pretty eco-friendly, and some of the recipes were really tasty (some were a flop and we got vegan stuff unexpectedly). If customer service was drastically improved, I would recommend this service.
