I have received my first order
I have received my first order, the products turned out to be nice but later on they charged my card without my knowledge for an other oil or serum that I never ordered or confirmed. Never got an email about it either.. (which I suppose to) I’m on vacation for a month, on a different continent so I can’t even receive the item and send it back .. tried emailing to them RIGHT AWAY to cancel it (since I only see the transaction) when they still could do something about it but looks like they just don’t care. Now I lost my money, and the chance to be able to return it or receive it … never trusting this company again.
