An absolute five. I had just ordered my dress but made a mistake in the order. I was so scared because I had spent more then I intended and it truly dawned on me, stress built in and I didn't know what to do. However? I cannot describe how grateful I am for the help of customer service. During this mistake that left me full of dread, I was in the helping hands of one of their services, Riley, completely patient and understanding of my problem. The refund was quick and I didn't have to wait long at all! Super quick! They were patient with my concerns and curiosity and offered great closure. First impression and I just loved the service Riley provided for me. Thank you so much for the support and I'm so excited to order here more often and if mistakes are made? I do hope Riley saves me from my silly slip ups, haha! Super reliable and patient! And I definitely can't wait to see how my first order arrives.
