I ordered the onyx vibrating wrist alarm. It took 3 weeks to ship out and I received no updates for two weeks. The product itself is cheaply made and flimsy, hard to strap on my wrist and the strapping easily comes undone because of the poor design and materials. For how much it costs, it should be higher quality. Their customer support are very quick and responsive though and offered a replacement or refund, so it is pretty risk free if you want to try it. Their strap mechanism definitely needs to be stronger though still.
