Fast & Friendly Fix
I ordered 3 ceiling fans back in December. They have been amazing for the summer! Beautiful too, gets the guests going. Even when Vakkerlight's team was building them, customer service was excellent in communication. About a week ago one of the fans was non responsive to the remote. I changed the batteries but nada. So I anxiously emailed customer service and received an response email promptly. They were kind and eager to help. I sent in a video so they could see the issue. Simple fix! They sent me instructions on how to pair the fan and remote together again and phew!! Life is better with a working fan during summertime. 10/10 experience.
