This is a warranty part replacement
This is a warranty part replacement, so the first weekend only worked for 4 months. The compressor failed in the first four months of use. I called to get her replacement was told replacements generally arrived within a week to two. I was going to be home for 3 weeks so that should have been great. The parts didn't get processed and shipped for over 3 weeks so in the parts arrived I was already 2 weeks on a job out of state. So the fact that my new unit is already broken, and the replacement parts took three times longer to show up than what I was told two stars for now. If the new parts actually work this time longer than a couple of months maybe I'll change my mind on the rating.
