Convenient in Theory, a Nightmare in Reality
Clutter was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. While their service may seem seamless and convenient, they completely drop the ball when it comes to quality and accountability. They damaged my TV to the point that it no longer functions, and their compensation for it was a whopping $36. On top of that, they lost at least one of my boxes during the moving process. I would strongly recommend against booking this service. While the idea of having them handle everything for you sounds convenient, it is absolutely not worth the risk of having your belongings damaged or lost when they will NOT pay you out for it. I would not trust Clutter with my belongings again and will never hire them in the future.
