Lost and Found - Dedication for a Happy Ending
I purchased a portable gun safe as a birthday gift for my son who serves in the Navy and was home visiting on vacation. I had provided delivery instructions but the post office that received it sent it back as undeliverable by mistake, and unfortunately, with no tracking information. I was very disappointed that I couldn’t give it to my son for his birthday while he was home. I felt like I’d learned a very costly lesson. I was given no hope that I would ever receive it. Brandon and the Vaultek team stayed in contact with me through the process of making calls, watching and waiting, in hopes it would make its way back to them. It’s been about a month since the ordeal began. A few days ago, I received a call that it was returned and it would be shipped to my son at his home. I am so happy and my son is on Cloud 9, in anticipation of this delivery. I want to thank Brandon and the Vaultek team for going through the process with me, continuing to make efforts to locate it, and confirm that we will receive it after all. I appreciate everything you’ve done for my son and me.
