Simone quickly realized that I was elderly, distinctly low-tech, and in need of extra assistance. Our phone conference lasted nearly an hour (I don't have a smart phone, etc.)--she remained patient throughout, and guided me step-by-step. PS: the price was better than any competitor--not even close.
