I wish I could give zero stars! I placed an order paid extra for expedited delivery, on the order it was clear that it was for a birthday, and I provided them with my phone number on the order page. I just looked up online to try to see if I could get confirmation that the flowers were delivered for my wife’s birthday, and their website shows that I don’t have an order with them. So I checked my email, and I see that they canceled my order. They said that the florist in my area is going to be unable to deliver them today sorry for the inconvenience but they processed a complete refund to my credit card I don’t care about a refund I care about my wife getting the flowers that I ordered, I only get one birthday a year to make it a big deal for her and I have something delivered to her at her office on her special day. And the fact that they couldn’t even callv me and let me know, that they think it’s OK to just send an email, and say sorry. That’s a bunch of crap. They’re in a service business, they need to do better
