Good food. Unreliable with zero customer service
it's too bad because the food is actually great. Pretty good quality but my shipments were messed up many times and I have reached out several times to see if they could make it right and I have never had a reply. You can't reach a person. If you call the number it tells you to send an email which I have done multiple times. I have paid for boxes that are missing 80%. It has come on the wrong days and at least half the time they don't include the recipe cards. It has not been helpful for meal planning in that sense
