There were some problems with shipping not their fault but frustrating non the less, the customer support was very helpful and understanding. Felix made the process a lot easier and helped where he could which made the delay feel less irritating. Once the product arrived I received compensation for the delay even though it was out of there hands and the product works a charm turkey happy with the company in the end especially Felix!
