Auto Charge
Thought I was paying $3 to check the background of a used truck. A week later, my credit card was charged $30. I canceled my subscription. Waiting for the refund they said they'd give me. I'm sure it said somewhere in the fine print that tis would happen. They need to make customers more aware. It's a shady tactic. A few days have gone by and my credit card was refunded. Thank you, Good Car, for making the refund process easy. For that, I'll bump you up to 2 stars. I do not remember seeing the subscription disclaimer at check out. Not saying it wasn't there, just not obvious.
