Company is attentive.
I'm one of the many who uses an automatic litter box. And mine started to have problems. I reached out to the company, and they've helped through every stage. Of course, trouble shooting. I got a diagram of the sensors to make sure I located them. When the problem persisted, they asked for footage of the issue. And then, they sent a new one! It's been about 4 months since I purchased the original, so I was sure they would refuse, or send me more things to fix. But they were very helpful and took the issue seriously from the start. I feel much more confident with the machine knowing the company won't leave me out to dry.
